At RedMare, we empower you by providing transformative coaching and leadership development. Alongside traditional online and in-person coaching, we offer coaching with horses, known as equine-facilitated learning (EFL), for a unique and experiential approach. We work with senior leaders, executives, teams, high-potential talent, and professional coaches to unlock their potential.

Leadership and coaching specialists with decades of experience
RedMare is led by Fay Manvell, an ICF-certified Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor with over two decades of industry experience and a multitude of qualifications, including an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change. Our team is made up of a network of certified coaches, supervisors, and expert facilitators who bring knowledge, passion, and commitment to all their interactions. We integrate deep self-awareness with compassionate leadership principles to help you build strong foundations.
Professional development for leaders and executive coaches
We’re here for leaders and executive coaches who are ready to inspire, connect, and create transformation from both the head and the heart. How we work:
We work with leaders in organisations, focusing on navigating career transitions, succession planning, talent initiatives and culture change.
We offer supervision and mentor coaching to leadership coaches. We help them sharpen their skills, uphold professional standards, and deepen their own presence and self-awareness. This allows them to deliver more impactful coaching to their own clients.
Coaching With Horses
Coaching with horses facilitates transformative insights into leadership behaviours and relationship dynamics. It is especially powerful for those looking to develop self-awareness, presence, and to connect more deeply and authentically with others. Horses respond to intention, body language, and non-verbal cues, making the invisible aspects of leadership—such as confidence, clarity, and emotional congruence—tangible. This experiential approach helps leaders build trust, navigate uncertainty with confidence, and refine their ability to influence and inspire others.
Working with RedMare
We are based in Ascot, Berkshire and work with our clients both online globally and in person throughout the UK. We also provide opportunities for specialised, experiential sessions to deepen the learning experience. We find they foster a deeper understanding of coaching presence and relational skills, leading to greater growth and strengthened skills. We offer flexible options for individual and group settings.
The development tools we use include Spotlight and Leadership Circle Profile, both of which provide additional insights we can build on through coaching.
